Henry Buwalda The founding Director of Feature Developments Pty Ltd, Henry has professional qualifications in Property and Marketing. He has an extensive background in Investment Banking and as past Executive Manager Property Finance Vic/Tas (CBA) with a career spanning 27 years and focus on structured property lending. Henry has had direct involvement in property developments having held senior positions with a number of reputable developers including the Cavendish Property Group Ltd, developer of the Patterson Lakes Marina, Hotel and medium density residential precincts. John Keating John has extensive experience in corporate finance and private enterprise specifically in property development and investment. He also held senior management positions with a number of major banks including the NAB, CBA & Westpac specialising in structured property finance. He spent a number of years in the venture capital industry both in Australia and the USA and until early 2016 was a Director of an Unlisted Public Company involved in renewable energy.
Ron Cook Ron has a professional qualification in Accounting (Swinburne) and a lifetime of experience in structured property lending having held a number of senior positions at the ANZ, NAB and WBC. He also has a family background in the building industry spanning three generations, having worked from time to time with his father, brother and grandfather who were all builders.
